MetaPWR Final Review

I've now completed something that I previously would have jammed out of to finish. Consistency has always been a challenge for me, but I've decided I'm going to leave that in the past. I'm moving on from feeling disappointed in myself again.

I carried out my habits for the last 60 days in an intentional system and it helped me get back on track – CHECK!
That truly has been a struggle for me and I know it's the same for others, to feel like we are back on track after the last couple of years.

One of my goals when I started this program was to create better habits. I tend to bake some fun things in the winter and exercise just doesn't seem to be priority so every spring, it's a gentle cleanse that's calling my name. I usually grow wheatgrass during the winter but I got stuck this year and I didn't start until last week. I miss it because it makes you so present with it. You can't get away from the smell and it is so so green. Same as the nettles that I'll harvest today. They have a powerful life force in what they offer so it's important to have them in my diet.

My intention in itself got me back to doing my habits. In fact it's a cycle that I go through. When I started the MetaPWR the first week of February, it was a struggle to take on the challenge but I did it! I'm only about 5lb less but feeling very clear minded and more motivated with focus to see what I can accomplish this year. I couldn't see that before because I didn't have the energy.

I started taking my ginseng and ashwagandha, nature's adaptogens that work with my energy to keep it balanced throughout the day. They've been part of doterra's supplements I've been taking for about 6 years and I'm very happy with them. They've helped a lot of people balance their level of energy.

I tell you all this because I believe I look after myself fairly well with what I have described. I eat very little meat and not very much fish even, but pay attention to my protein intake daily. I grow kale in the greenhouse year round and lots of strawberries. I love quick and easy so I have an abundance of time to spend doing the things I love.

What MetaPWR has done for me is to EASILY take things up a notch and let me see what happens when I'm honouring my capabilities by giving myself what I need to be stronger. CHECK!

I feel that I am more aligned with a vision I'm creating for my future. I know that I am living the future of yesterday so every moment becomes important. I think this stuff helped me to be more focused to realize this idea that I am capable of so much more. Maybe it's the challenge that motivated me I don't know. I just know that I'm back baby! And I'm a clear conduit to Spirit.

I think I might just be up for another challenge for April. It's all about Spring Cleaning and clearing energy out after the winter. Watch the events page for more information. We'll do a series of classes to show you how to clean your home, cleanse your body and clear your mind.
