For the last 10 years Cynthia has been hosting retreats and workshops at Pacific Peace Retreat on the Sunshine Coast of BC, Canada. The focus on healing was the importance of mindset, meditation and more recently the practice of creating art.
Deliberately scheduling weekly classes since 2021 where others could join her, she has been playing out her art practice while guiding others to do the same.
It's important to pay attention to your intuition and follow what feels good and with engaged classes every week globally on zoom, it feels like she followed her heart to gather and teach. Follow your heart and listen to your intuition.
Now with her current art creations, she is ready to put her designs on fabric and houseware goods.
